THE QUEEN NETWORK  Return Policy

Thank you for choosing THE QUEEN NETWORK for your film production/ photography needs. We are committed to providing high-quality services and products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds related to our film production services and products.

1. Definitions

  • “Client” refers to the individual or organization who has engaged our film production services or purchased our products.
  • β€œProject’ refers to any of our services provided by The Queen Network

2. Returns and Refunds for Film Production Services and/or projects

2.1. Cancellation: If the Client wishes to cancel a  project that has been commissioned, they must provide written notice at least 30 days before the scheduled shoot date. In such cases, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund of the project fees, subject to the costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

2.2. Rescheduling: If the Client wishes to reschedule a project, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional fees.

2.3. Quality Issues: If the Client believes that the final product does not meet the agreed-upon quality standards or deviates significantly from the original project brief, the Client may request a revision or correction. We will address these concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer revisions or partial refunds, depending on the circumstances. First revision is free of charge. For an additional revision, you will be charged a fee.

3. Returns and Refunds for Film Production Products or projects

3.1. Defective Products: If the Client receives a defective film production product (e.g., DVDs, Blu-rays, or digital media files), we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

3.2. Damage During Shipping: If a film production product is damaged during shipping, the Client should contact us within 2 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

3.3. Refunds: Generally, film production products and projects are non-refundable once they have been delivered or received by the Client. However, exceptions may be made in cases of defects or damage, as specified in sections 3.1 and 3.2 above.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

CREATIVE SERVICES

With these services, you can expect the entire production process to take at least 30 days. We also provide a Jump The Line fee if you will like to complete this project sooner.
